Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

When users create tickets we typically set ticket request date. When the ticket is opened in detailed view the request date is displayed properly. However, in the tickets list it is displayed with an offset of 1 day exactly which also affects the exports we do.
Example: we create a ticket with request date set as 1st of April. When we open the ticket in detailed view - the date is OK. When we search for all tickets with request dates in April - the ticket is also among the results found. But the request date column in the tickets list shows 31st of March...
I'll appreciate if somebody can assist. Thanks!
To reply myself so I can help others. It turned out the problematic field was a custom field I had created long ago which was of a type Date/Time. In the custom filed settings there is a way to enable "Show date/time relative to user's timezone" which solved the issue.
