Hi,

I'm really sorry to post a new mesage on this topic but I can't get out of it.

I updated awesome osticket to version 1.15.
The translation (French in my case) applies well but partially...

For the majority of the fields it is not a problem I modify manually.
On the other hand, for email templates it is much longer and none are translated (???)

In fact, I would have to understand how the translations work in order to be able to help me out.

I specify that I have already read all that I could find on the forums.

osTicket v1.15.4 // osTicket-1.15.4-Awesome-101
PHP 7.4.25 // MySQL 10.3.32 // Apache web server

That problem is with OSTicket itself. It crept up a few versions back and has never been addressed. That unfortunately is the sad truth with OSTICKET. It might be free and it certainly isn't reliable at all.

This confirms what I had read. Go to manual translation. πŸ˜‰

Thanks for taking time to respond to me.

That's what I do, and I recommend you keep a text file with a list of each file you modified when hand-translating. If you upgrade to a new version it's much faster to open, find/replace, than it is to start from scratch each time!
