Two quick checks before posting: try clearing your browser cache, and press SHIFT+O on any Staff Panel page to enter Safe Mode (a stock osTicket with no enhancements). If the problem still shows in Safe Mode, it's in osTicket itself, not osTicket Awesome. But let us know about the issue either way.

Good Day,
I created a new Queue for technicians to use to see tickets which are currently opened, are assigned to a technician, aren't answered, and have a thread count of greater the 1, ideally showing tickets where the client has responded back to the ticket and the client is still waiting for a reply from a technician BUT it is not a new ticket. I am getting constant DB errors e-mailed to me since the creation of this Queue stating that "Unknown column 'A1.thread_count' in 'where clause'". It appears to log this error each time someone clicks into the Open queue listing in the top navigation bar. Another thing to note is that the system never generates the total ticket numbers in the Queue listing for this new queue as it does for the rest. I have attached a couple screenshots bit it is identical to the issue linked below as well:

Any thoughts / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
