From mobile device, and also from browser window closed to mobile size, the popup of all the tickets of the user, do not open.

enviroment:
osTicket v1.17.2 // osTicket-1.17.2-Awesome-102
PHP 8.0.27 // MySQL 10.1.48 // Apache web server
