How we handle your credentials:

  • Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and never included in email notifications.
  • Only Stevland Ambrose (osAwesome’s founder and lead developer) can decrypt submitted credentials.
  • If a collaborator needs access to resolve your request, we’ll ask for your permission first.
  • Credentials are automatically purged 30 days after submission.
  • You can request deletion of your submission at any time by replying to your ticket.

Most fields below are optional — but the more context you can share, the faster we can get to a solution.

You can add a temporary account by going to Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent. Use info@osticketawesome.com and give the account full administrative privileges for the duration of the engagement. You can revoke these credentials when work is complete.
