We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new osTicket Awesome subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and access to downloads, updates, and priority support will end.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to continue, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your account dashboard.
